As a\u202FPBX Operator\u202F(Dispatch), you are the voice of the resort. You will provide customer service to customers and guests over the telephone while answering incoming calls from both inside and outside of the resort. You will answer multi-lines telephone using proper telephone etiquette, answering questions and transferring calls to appropriate departments to ensure efficient service. You will enter work orders received and perform follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE:\u202F

• Prior\u202Fguest service or front desk in a\u202Fhotel or resort experience preferred.\u202F\u202F 
• You have excellent service orientation\u202Fand smile through the phone.
• You can prioritize your\u202Fwork, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality.\u202F
• You have basic computer skills.\u202F\u202F
