The Maintenance Administrator manages the administrative duties for the Engineering Department. You are responsible for reporting, safety training and documentation, inventory, purchasing, filing, documenting project progress, and tracking repairs. The Administrator is also responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization and security of the Engineering Shop and all other Engineering areas such as the cart corrals and both on and off-site storage locations. 

Organizes and files department paperwork, handles any daily, weekly, and monthly reporting responsibilities. Maintains shop equipment and tools. Ensures that items are in good working order, that the proper signing in and out of tools takes place, and that tools are properly secured, daily.  Coordinates and conducts safety training with proper documentation and tracking in compliance with Bluegreen Risk Management requirements. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE:\u202F

  • Excellent phone skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism to deal with issues of the utmost urgency and sensitivity.\u202F
  • You have a minimum of two years'\u202Faccounting or purchasing management experience, preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as daily administrative duties in a fast-paced, demanding environment.\u202F
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office:\u202FWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\u202F
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.\u202F
