POSITION DETAILS:

You will be responsible for maintaining, operating and repairing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems necessary for all units on property, including all offices and buildings. This position requires operating a variety of equipment to diagnose and repair systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance on systems.

EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess EPA freon certificate and/or certificate from HVAC school
• Minimum of 1 year HVAC experience required
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• VALID and CLEAN Driver's License record
