The Housekeeper keeps the Preview Center and models cleaned, organized and supplied with the necessary products required. This position is also responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Preview Center including all interior and exterior common areas, lobbies, offices, hallways, break rooms and mop closets, etc.

• Stock and maintain housekeeping inventory in our supply room, and transport housekeeping supply cart for each shift.

• Maintain public area’s appearance by cleaning, sweeping, and waxing floors, dusting, wiping down shelves, and counters, removal of non-floor closet items, and storing in appropriate areas.

• Housekeeping discipline-cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and sterilization.

• Responsible for maintaining proper working relationships within the department and with other operating departments on property.

• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any Bluegreen Vacation-related practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Housekeeping, Custodial, Janitorial or Environmental Services as a Housekeeper, Houseman, Room Attendant, Cleaner, Custodian, Janitor, or EVS Tech.
  • Stickler for cleanliness, customer-oriented, hospitable, and welcoming.
  • Ability to prioritize managing your time, working quickly without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), step-by-step instructions following Bluegreen regulations.
