Paradise Point Resort, located in Holister, MO is seeking a Guest Services (Front Office) Manager.

Nestled directly on scenic Table Rock Lake, Paradise Point is comprised of  150 Room units and multiple amenities. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring each owner and guest receives an unparalleled vacation experience, effectively leading a team of talented associates.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus 15% annual bonus potential.

POSTION SUMMARY:

  • Oversee and develop team members as well as continue to improve the owner/guest experience.
  • Maintains the guest experience scores both internally and externally.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain associate incentive and reward programs.
  • Completes and reconciles EOM reports as needed for financial reporting.
  • Manage departmental inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 4 years minimum hotel or resort experience, required, with a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity.
  • Hotel operation experience and knowledgeable about yield rate management. Must also be familiar with the daily operations of the front office, including room reservations.
  • Outgoing personality and excellent service orientation.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates.
