JOB SUMMARY:
- Oversee and further develop team members in providing better customer service.
- Coverage front desk shifts, as needed.
- Continue to improve the owner/guest experience.
- Ensure that the guests are being escorted properly and that they have been directed to the requested rooms after proper completion of the check-in procedures.
- Keep a track of the inventory supplies and keep updated reports as according to company standards.
- Monitor statistics related to room occupancy and their rates, ensures that all the activities are carried out within the given budget standards.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years minimum in hotel or resort experience required; with at least one year in an Guest Services (Front Office) Assistant Manager or Manager role
- Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates.
