As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. This position works closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments to maintain proper working relationships. Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation. 

POSITION DETAILS:   

• At least one year of Front Desk experience as Guest Services Agent, and/or two years’ experience in the Hospitality field.\u202F 
• Assist in maintaining continued training for Front Desk staff. 
• Assist in coaching, counseling, and development of Front Desk staff.  
• Perform Front Desk duties as necessary and schedule the associates.
