Schedule: Mid or Evening Shift (anywhere from 12:00 pm - 11 pm)
Compensation: Competitive base salary + 10% eligible annual bonus. Relocation assistance available.

JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for managing the resorts evening operations, the front-desk, reservations, and maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments.
- Interaction with evening Guest Services associates regarding guest satisfaction and resort projects, not limited to scheduled assignments.
- Handle issues about guest satisfaction with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Resort Manager regarding essential compensation.
- Inventory Management. Participate in monthly weekly management and staff meetings.
- Maintain personal contact with owners and guests of the resort. Monitor and maintain procedures for the safety of guests and personnel.
- Maintain high service levels as outlined in the SOP manual, which includes but is not limited to Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
- Perform weekly checks of all SOPs to ensure guest service will be prepared for an audit.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-years Hospitality Management or Supervisor experience required, preferably in front office operations.
- You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge.
- Ability to motivate and mentor associates.
- You are able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, also as needed for peak periods such as Check-in/Check-out, vacation, sick leave, gaps in coverage, and response to urgent or emergency-related scenarios.
