We are hiring immediately for a Confirmations Associate in our Orlando, Florida office
As a Confirmation Associate your primary responsibility will be to confirm upcoming arrival dates for guests traveling on marketing getaways, while providing world-class guest service and satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who will respond to our owners and future owners’ needs, with a focus on increased show rated and decreased disqualification rates. Utilizing excellent communication and critical thinking skills is a must.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30pm - 9pm and occasional Saturdays based on business need

Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls to guests 21 days prior to their arrival date to complete final confirmation of their arrival and ensure eligibilityReceive inbound calls from guests wishing to confirm their reservation and verify eligibility.Reserve, cancel, and reschedule reservations as necessaryProblem solve and provide world-class customer serviceUpsell vacation enhancements, such as accommodation upgrades, extra nights, attraction tickets, etc. when availableQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
