Job Responsibilities & Expectations
- Must be able to work Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9am to 9pm and Sunday between 10am to 7pm**Weekend shifts required**
- Initiate conversation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be positive and professional
- Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift
Compensation & Benefits
- Sales Representatives working 30-hours a weekearn on average $40k -60k annually(detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire)
- Includes guaranteed hourly base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week

- 6 months previous customer service or sales experience, preferred
