Nestled in a picturesque campus-style setting boasting 260 spacious room units, our property promises a vibrant work atmosphere. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each owner and guest receives an unparalleled vacation experience.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, On-Call, We have it all!

Shifts: Mid shift (10am - 6pm) and PM (5pm - Close)

Location:  4114 Jan Cooley Dr., Panama City Beach, FL 32408

As a Barback, you will help the bar run smoothly. you will go from bar station to bar station, stocking liquors, refilling garnishes, polishing glasses, stacking napkins, bringing glassware back from the dishwasher, helping punch orders into the bar POS, and chatting with customers who have questions.

• Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures. 
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
