Job Description

Purpose:

The Guest Reception is responsible for ensuring each customer has a superior Bluegreen experience by treating each guest with respect, extending a warm greeting, servicing guests in a timely fashion and resolving guest issues. Front Desk Coordinators are also responsible for maintaining accurate Concierge records and ensuring premiums are secure at all times

Responsibilities:

•Greet and check in guests.
•Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives.
•Gift clients at the end of their presentation.
•Obtain email addresses from new Bluegreen Owners and Sampler Owners.
•Conduct preliminary and daily audits as outlined in the Marketing Admin Front Desk SOP.
•Conduct gifting upgrades and retail ticket sales as instructed


Job Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required
•3 - 6 months previous experience providing general clerical support.
•Knowledge of standard office equipment, screening calls, switchboard operations, quality service fundamentals, MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Internet Explorer.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
•Must have excellent phone etiquette with the ability to multi-task.
•Good keyboarding and organizational skills a plus.
