Job Description

The Tele-sales Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of the sales team by training and developing
associates, establishing and monitoring sales quotas, and maintaining a high level of integrity and customer service.
 Manage and train Sales staff for Industry and company best practices
 Help Close Sales for Increased Revenue
 Help with on-site IT necessities by familiarizing new sales reps with all phases of tools available
 Maintain and manage sales rep statistics for performance and performance evaluation
 Interface with management and reps for optimum use of leads
 Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to make sure minimum standards are being met.

Job Requirements

• 3 years of telemarketing sales management
• Proven sales results
• Experience selling vacations for timeshare marketing preferred
• Excellent sales skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate large sales teams
• High energy
• Ability to work under pressure
• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) required
• Bachelors Degree is preferred
