Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment paperwork, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, recommending placement of and initiating offers for sales and management candidates in the effort to achieve Retail Marketing’s staffing objectives. This individual will follow the established recruitment process, develop recruitment plans for their assigned Region(s), and employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as implement new, innovative methods to source and recruit top talent.

In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the ever evolving needs of the business to deliver the best talent to contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.


• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and senior field leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to fulfill staffing needs in assigned Region(s)
• Handle strategy and full life-cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, collect pre-employment paperwork, schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, initiate offers) for Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and Campus positions in assigned Region(s)
• Identify and attend recruitment events, as well as other venues that would produce candidates
• Track and report key metrics on recruiting efforts
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and human resource coordinators to effectively recruit candidates and process new hire paperwork
• Coach/train hiring managers on recruitment best practices
• Ability to travel throughout assigned Region(s) to provide recruitment support at both professional and campus recruiting events

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong networking abilities
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources is desired
• Must be able to operate with a high sense of confidentiality at all times
• Extensive exposure to projects requiring self-initiative with little supervision
• Must be able to work well under pressure and within deadlines and be a team player with the ability to multitask
• Must possess a thorough understanding of all applicable employment laws as well as company policies and procedures
• Must be computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication skills also required
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
• Campus recruiting experience is a plus
