Job Description


The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for leading the development of marketing programs to drive engagement throughout the Bluegreen Vacations customer lifecycle. This position will supervise the management of marketing collateral development and execution for various channels. Using a multi-channel approach across online and offline resources, this position will focus on the on-going measurement of marketing program performance to drive understanding, self-service and product usage.


• Maps and supports communications and marketing programs across web, social, print, and email.
• Supervises the creation, development, quality assurance and implementation of marketing material
• Maintains knowledge of the function, strategy and needs of various Bluegreen business units.
• Oversees the daily management of Marketing Coordinators to ensure they are meeting their goals and delivering timely support to business units.
• Creates and maintains excellent working relationships with key stakeholders across Bluegreen business units.
• Maintains the marketing roadmap, online content calendar and communication strategy covering marketing activities for the department.
• Reports on key metrics and shares results to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicates new marketing programs to internal stakeholders and provides necessary education and support materials to build training programs.
• Builds strong relationships with Data Reporting/Database Management divisions to continuously monitor and improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, management or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on web/digital channels. Experience in data analysis of customer trends in regards to resort occupancy/utilization a plus

Solid understanding of marketing principals, website layout/usability and sales promotion. Quality service fundamentals, MS Office Suite.
Graphic, web design skills and knowledge of Content Management Software a plus
Creative thinker with a strong background in the use of digital communications and web based transactions.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Fast learner of new technology.
Quickly adapts to change and manages multiple shifting priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the confidence to interact with all levels of the organization.
