Job Description

Purpose:

The Social Media Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, analysis and monitoring of social media marketing tactics with the goal of increasing brand awareness and generating positive brand sentiment. Although the specific initiatives may vary, the role of the Social Media Analyst will focus primarily on generating and responding to customer sentiments through multiple review/networking sites, contributing meaningful content on multiple social media platforms as well as acting quickly to engage corporate protocols in resolving any customer service complaints or criticisms received on social media or review sites.

Responsibilities:

• Implements a proactive process to generate positive online reviews which translates into satisfied, happy customers.
• Generates property and brand review ratings for Bluegreen Vacations properties to keep the business informed of our online reputation.
• Provides friendly, customer centric responses to reviews received on multiple review sites.
• Manages our brand’s efforts to attract positive reviews and disarms and rectifies negative feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Implements social media campaigns that will increase brand awareness and sentiment.
• Develops rich, compelling stories that directly connects with Bluegreen Vacations followers on an emotional level to cultivate their affinity for our product, vacation ownership.
• Collaborates with various areas of the business to build out our social media calendar in keeping with our social media strategy.
• Tracks and analyzes analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilizes this information to positively affect future outcomes.
• Keeps pace with social media and review site industry trends and developments and implement accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or related discipline; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media. Experience in
data analysis of customer trends.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, online
communities and enthusiasm for experimenting with new communications
technologies.. Sprout Social, Google Analytics, AdWords knowledge, Social
Media Campaign Management, On-page optimization, SiteCore and
Sharepoint CMS, Auditing and reporting.
Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills. Excellent oral and written
communication skills Creative thinker with strong background in the use of
digital communications and web based transactions. Quickly adapts to change
and manages multiple shifting priorities. Detail oriented with strong analytical
and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze
information timely and accurately. Team-oriented, ability to work under tight
deadlines, organization skills, proficiency with all major social networks. Strong
interpersonal communication skills.
