At Bluegreen Vacations, as the Director of Frontline and In-House Sales, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and coordinating sales activities designed to meet revenue objectives.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations
• Implements and reinforces the Company’s basic sales training program to be consistent with Company objectives.
• Sets clear, well-defined and reasonable goals for each associate and oversees staff in the development of sales strategies to meet established goals
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and performance manage your staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions. Handle disciplinary action and/or terminations
• Assists sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions
• Responsible for site meeting or exceeding In-House Department budgeted expectations by maximizing sales opportunities while controlling commissions and administrative costs.
• Develops and manages In-House sales operating budget
• Direct In-House sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• Attain In-House sales objectives and bottom line profit
• Responsible for ensuring that sales activities and labor rules are conducted in compliance with State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines and regulations.
