Job Description


The Sr. Manager, Campaign Strategy is responsible for identifying, ideating, developing and activating company marketing campaigns. The role is also responsible for measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns.


• Interface with Business Units to understand key business goals, objectives and priorities for the development of overall campaign strategies.
• Become subject matter expert on the business and customer to drive enhancements to the Customer Journey.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop new programs to increase customer travel and response rates.
• Recommend changes to existing programs to optimize performance.
• Manage all aspects of the campaign process including:
o Identify opportunity to improve marketing or create new marketing campaigns
o Develop campaign strategies
o Enroll key stakeholder in strategy for alignment and support
o Identify customer targets
o Identify marketing mix (email, direct mail, text, etc.) for campaign optimization
o Create clear communication and briefs required for campaign sell-in and development
o Development of campaign creative
o Identify campaign related offer and incentives
o Developing campaign testing and proof of concept (as required)
o Designing and reporting campaign results
o Responsible for overall campaign development schedules and launch schedule
• Work with campaign analyst to provide timely, in-depth analysis and reporting on program performance; manage campaign performance to overall project ROI targets,
• Coordinate with marketing, channel and operational managers to ensure campaigns are consistent with a customer-centric strategy and channel capabilities.
• Consistently evaluate current processes, partners and systems in an ongoing effort to create more impactful marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Must have Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
Prior experience with campaign strategy, development and deployment.
Prior experience in email, direct mail, digital and text based marketing. Prior experience working in a relational database environment [s preferred. Prior experience leading cross functional teams.
Prior exposure to CRM platforms is preferred.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite - PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix; special consideration will be
given to candidates with broad experience that can move beyond a core
Must be an active participant in development of the company marketing
Must be extremely detailed to ensure flawless execution and have the ability to spot errors and Inconsistencies in data, design and analysis.
Must be able to work Independently
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, project management and decision- making skills.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Must be able to lead cross functional groups to achieve campaign objectives
Must be able to communicate and enroll others in strategic vision.
