Job Description


The Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting various functions of the Operational Services division, with a focus in implementation and project management of new programs, owner benefits, client on-boarding, sales office openings, and the addition of new resorts or inventory. This position may assist other teams within the department including Client Management, Business Services, and Program Development.

• Create and manage implementation project plans to meet target timelines
• Communicate project statuses and coordinate the flow of deliverables internally and externally
• Contribute to the research and development of new programs and strategies as defined through company and department goals
• Utilize project management skills to implement new programs/clients or changes
• Understand the terms of client/vendor agreements to properly manage transactions and expected results
• Assist with client inquiries, issues and resolution of issues, across multiple departments
• Document tasks and processes for training, implementation or handoff to new business owner
• Prepare presentations summarizing results and/or client/project information
• Run queries, pull data, and perform data analysis, as requested
• Provide cross-functional support to other department team members, as required
• Assist in the ongoing development of the department
• Be a constant advocate for internal and external client needs to elevate Bluegreen’s performance as a first class service provider
• Any additional tasks as requested

Job Requirements

Minimum of four year college degree.

• Resourceful and able to complete tasks with minimal guidance
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Detail-oriented, a critical-thinker with strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical and skilled in Excel
• Creative and forward-thinker

Three years related experience and a proven track record with project management, inter departmental communication / collaboration, marketing, or client support/management in the Vacation Ownership, Real Estate, Travel Club, Hospitality or comparable industries.
Customer Service Fundamentals, MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Internet Explorer, SharePoint
Excellent client management, project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must enjoy a constant challenge in a fast-paced work environment, be focused on the bottom line, and able to react quickly to changing market conditions and external needs. Candidate must have strong computer skills and technical aptitude to compliment a strategic outlook to any project. Vacation ownership or real estate experience a plus.
