Job Description


The Scrum Master will drive the successful delivery of multiple Scrum teams in support of the B2C and eCommerce web assets leveraging the Microsoft technology stack and Sitecore as Bluegreen’s CMS/eCommerce engine.
The Scrum Master will partner with the business and Product Owners to ensure that the backlogs and roadmaps are prioritized based on business value and/or risk. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the financials and
status reporting of the applications and releases. The Scrum Master will be held accountable for identifying and clearing impediments, identifying and managing risks, and driving program level continuous improvement with increased velocity measures. The Scrum teams will be comprised of internal onsite and remote resources as well as managed service partners both remote and offshore.


• Serve as a Scrum Master to multiple teams to help build both next generation products and maintain the current product line
• Conducting and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, product reviews, sprint retrospective, etc) to ensure that team(s) are meeting sprint goals and milestones.
• Ensuring timely delivery of software with a high level of quality in an agile environment.
• Identifying ways to increase effectiveness and efficiencies with an eye toward process improvement opportunities.
• Communicates program plans and progress to broad stakeholder audiences.
• Ensure value delivered by a program is tracked through metrics.
• Maintaining clear and consistent channels of communication with the managers, teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication of statuses and any issues that may be impacting team’s delivery.
• Provides visibility into program health, progress, and impediments.
• Leading and demonstrating value-add principles to a team, while ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to.
• Being a voice of reason and authority, with the ability to make the tough calls while facilitating discussions on alternatives or different approaches.
• Promoting and providing environment for feedback, team communication and innovation.
• Provide daily monitoring and coach and train teams to embrace the Agile way in both spirit and practice

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of IT/software development experience in either a software company or internal IT
• 3+ years of Agile/SCRUM
• Experience using TFS, Jira, Confluence or comparable tool and
• FootPrints/ServiceNow ticketing systems
• SCM required and PMP a plus
• .Net, SOA architecture, SOAP/REST, SQL Server, Responsive UI frameworks
• Traditional & Agile PM Methodologies
• Project Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, & Reporting
• Risk & Issue Planning (Identification, Mitigation, Resolution)
• Presentation Skills (Management level)
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
• Strong Diagnostic & Analytical Capabilities
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio)
• Travel & Hospitality Experience desired but not required
• Should have in-depth knowledge of the Agile/SCRUM framework and working experience managing the traditional Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives along with the corresponding tools used to managed the process.
• Must have a solid understanding of the agile values and principles as well as the ability to train others while keeping the team moving forward at all times.
• Expert level knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and processes and ability to evangelize the benefits of the process
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to identify issues quickly and facilitate discussion for resolution, as well as develop proper mitigation plans
• Ability to prepare formal management presentations, along with organizing and conducting effective meetings
• Experience working with onsite/offshore teams.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
