JOB SUMMARY:
As a Golf & Ski Operations Lead, you will oversee guest facing associates by participating in the recruitment, training and supervision of associates. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Golf Operations and the Ski Supervisor Operations as needed.

Supervises the daily activities of assigned golf and ski associates.

Operates computer systems used for sales and inventory.

Participates in retail purchasing decisions.

Manages pace of play and tee sheet management.

Assists in golf outing preparations and day-of-event management.

Manages ski pro Shop and rental equipment functions.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Retail Sales experience.
- A professional appearance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
