Job Description

The purpose of the PBX operator is to provide excellent customer service over the telephone.

 Answer a multi-line telephone using proper telephone etiquette, answer questions and transfer calls to appropriate
departments to ensure efficient service
 Perform and log courtesy calls to ensure owner/guest requests are completed and to ensure satisfaction
 Coordinate with all other departments to ensure a smooth response to guest’s requests.
 Handle incoming mail and packages


Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
1 year of Customer Service
Must be able to work independently. Must be able to interact with a wide range
of people. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be PC proficient. Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing work
