Job Description

Responsible for transporting supplies for guests and other departments throughout the property in a safe and professional manner, obey all traffic rules and procedures. Ensure the highest cleanliness standards and proper working order of the vehicle. Provide outstanding Customer Service when interacting with Owners, Guests, Venders, and fellow associates.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
 Properly utilizes key/radio sign-in and out log.
 Responsible for timely delivery of guest and housekeeping requests in HotSOS.
 Maintain benchmarks as established for Medallia Comment Cards and RCI customer service index.
 Practice hospitality always.
 Follows all daily projects and checklists as assigned.
 Maintains golf cart, supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly appearance.
 Ensures all assets and supplies for the department are secure in storage always in a neat and orderly fashion.
 Report any suspicious activity to security.
 Reports any maintenance problems, damage or missing items to proper management personnel.
 Turns in lost and found items if found on resort.
 Visually inspect vehicle daily for damage or repair work; report anything immediately to management.
 Assist in making amenity bags

Job Requirements

1 – Minimum Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
2 – Minimum Experience: Hospitality experience preferred
3 – Essential Training, Knowledge, Licenses and /or Certifications: Must have a Valid Driver License with Safe driving record
4 – Essential Professional Skills/Competencies: Time Management, Customer Service
