Job Description

The purpose of the Guest Services Supervisor is to handle the daily operation of the Front Desk activities, reservations, and their coordination with other departments. Responsibilities include training and scheduling of Guest Services personnel as directed by the Guest Services Manager. Must be willing and able to work any shift as necessary as dictated by the needs of the Resort to insure adequate coverage at all times. Assist in maintaining proper working relationships between Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments. Assist with the follow-up of Medallia feedback by contacting our guests. The Guest Services Supervisor will work along side our Guest Services Team to assist with check in/outs of guests. Scheduling will rotate with other members of supervisors.


Job Requirements

-High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)
-Front Desk Associate Experience - 1 Year
-Customer Service and quality fundamentals, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, company's intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures.
-Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
-Customer first mentality.
