Job Description:
The purpose of the Guest Service Associate is to provide excellent customer service to owners and guest of the resort and ensure 100% satisfaction. Responsible for the efficient and courteous operation of the front desk. Duties include but are not limited to: Check guests in/out, balance their cash drawers, posting room charges and incidentals, using proper telephone etiquette when answering and transferring calls, follow up with all guests and departments concerning any open issues, making reservations, and any other duties assigned by their Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Customer Service and reservation experience of at least 1 year.
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, associates, and the general public. Must have knowledge of the local areas attractions and entertainment. Must be able to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment.
-Must be able to work independently, be able to interact with a wide range of people, PC proficient, be extremely customer service orientated and have multi-tasking skills.
-Must be available for 2nd shift, including weekend availability.
