Job Description

The Evening Resort Manager is responsible for the evening operation of the overall resort to include full authority over all departments.

Responsibilities include:

Inspecting the property’s public areas and rooms on a daily basis and communicating any areas that need attention to the Maintenance Manager and Executive Housekeeper.

Complete the daily checklist for PM Manager on Duty.

In coordination with the Executive Housekeeper, maintain the Housekeeping Spreadsheet, monitoring Second Cleans and Inhouse Cleans percentage.

Collect and research data for a variety of projects and/or spreadsheets as requested by the GM/AGM.

Ensure 100% satisfaction on all Owner/Guest complaints. Ensure all pending items are followed up on either personally or facilitate through the departments.

Assist the GM with Medallia Alert response and resolution.

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team to address and resolve Owner/Guest concerns, issues, and challenges.

Check and follow up on “online feedback” channels, such as TripAdvisor.

Maintain and update the resort’s pre-arrival activities.

Manage the Front Office in absence of the Guest Services Manager.

In coordination with the Guest Services Manager, responsible for the handling of relocation of guests in oversold situations.

Support all other departments as needed.

Overall coordination between departments after hours.

Maintains high visibility at the property in the evening hours, for staff and guests alike.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Understanding of hospitality and timeshare industry; Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system and corporate policies and procedures.
