Job Description

The Accounting/Administrative Assistant – Resorts is responsible for the administrative duties of the office of the Resort Manager. The Accounting/Administrative Assistant is responsible for processing payroll for resort associates, processing all invoices, EOM reporting, maintaining the house bank as well as auditing all associate banks. Additionally, they are
instrumental in maintaining compliance with Internal Audit SOPs.

Handle the day to day administration duties and guest correspondence of the office of the Resort Manager.
Coordinate the mailing, documentation to corporate, etc.
Filing and typing related to weekly Corporate tasks.
Maintain and trace all contract files for the association.
Comply with the daily, weekly and monthly requirements of operations.
Assists the Resort Manager and departments heads with general administrative tasks and assists both internal and external customers.
Coordinate and maintain compliance with all Internal Audit SOPs.
Maintain house bank; issue and audit associate banks. Verify audit packs and maintain cash log.
Coordinates the daily deposit and the change order for the property.
Process invoices, routes documentation for approvals and provides support to the accounting department with invoicing and submission to AP.
Produces all EOM report necessary for monthly financial statements, meeting deadlines as directed.
Bills and collects the receivables from the tenants of Bluegreen Master Association. Receives the invoices and processes the payment for any other associations.
Bills and collects the receivables from third parties and assist ARM/RM with keeping Aging Report current.
Processes payroll for the resort staff.
Serves as a liaison with vendors providing service to the resort.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. College education preferred
2 to 3 years of prior experience performing general departmental wide
administrative support activities to multiple individuals including management.
