Job Description

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains office security.

•Welcome guest and ensure registration.
•Maintain front office and lobby areas to ensure a professional image.
•Answers multiple phone lines and direct calls.
•Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
•Badging System - Serve as a back up for creating badges, temporary badges and deleting badges.
•Accept and sign for packages and distribute mail. Responsible for ensuring postage is readily available when needed
•Support Talent Acquisition team with job fairs and applicant flow.
•Occasional filling, bookkeeping and scheduling
•Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, Knowledge, Ability, etc.):
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Strong and accurate computer typing skills, excellent spelling and grammar
•1-2 years of experience in reception-related work
•Strong interpersonal communication skills able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
•Friendly disposition with strong people skills and professional appearance
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
•Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
•Clerical administrative support. Standard office equipment, screening calls,
quality service fundamentals, MS Office Suite.
•Good verbal and written communication
skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Excellent phone
etiquette with the ability to multi-task. Good keyboarding and organizational
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability
to think strategically and analyze information, both timely and accurately,
