Job Description

Purpose:

The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) is a multi-task oriented full-time position requiring excellent customer service and organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail. After efficiently and accurately preparing documentation, the QAS reviews contract forms with owners following company guidelines to ensure product integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate preparation of contract documents for all product types including Club sales, Samplers, equity trades, owner reloads, downgrades and conversions.
• Review documents with owners and ensure signatures are obtained and consistent on all required signature lines.
• Reinforce the sale with a positive, enthusiastic presentation of the closing. Answer questions in a confident, competent manner. Provide new owners with an understanding and a realistic expectation of ownership.
• Ensure every Owner Confirmation Interview is properly recorded.
• Ensure owners leave with all legally required documents and ownership materials.
• Responsible for process that may include contract preparation through booking including follow up calls, rescission cancellations, insufficient funds, tracking reports, SPI notes, correspondence and customer service related issues.
• Participate in meetings as required.
• Other administrative support responsibilities as assigned by the DFA.
• Special projects or assignments as requested by the DFA.


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). College preferred.
• One year general office experience or relevant courses.
• Must be a quick learner, friendly, and able to connect with different personality types to facilitate a connection with new owners.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Synergy, Internet Explorer, SPI, LSAMS, AS400.
• Excels in computer literacy and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and maintain a professional yet friendly attitude in an often highly paced and pressured sales environment.
• Attention to detail, follow-up skills, and strong work ethic are essential.
