Job Description

Each Regional Administrative Assistant will be assigned to one of the Regional Mall Managers on the NSM Mall Lead Generation Team and will provide support as defined in the Specific Duties and Responsibilities section below.

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities

• Timely communication with their respective Regional Mall Manager as required to insure that all Mall and/or Theater locations include all of the necessary components for a successful static display, which include a high traffic area in the mall, a vehicle provided by a local dealership to enhance the foot traffic passing the display area, a well maintained display with a large stock of lead slips on the display and stored within the display as needed and making sure we have a mall servicer for each of your assigned locations.

• Weekly communication with each Mall servicer, who is an Independent Contractor responsible for visiting the static location at least once per week. The mall servicer is responsible for shipping the leads to National Sales and Marketing each week via FEDEX. Lead pads , pens, etc., are shipped to the mall servicer as needed.

• To research local car, motorcycle, or boat dealerships in the area of a mall location should the need arise to replace a vehicle that was either sold, or replaced, every 3 months and to maintain a great relationship with the dealership. This will create a new and unique look in the booth at all times.

• Receive and process all lead shipments that are sent to NSM on a weekly basis. The leads will be tabulated by gross, qualified, and NQ’d based on current qualifying criteria. Data will be entered into required reports for tracking purposes. Data will then be transferred to the scanning team to complete the process of moving leads to The Order Fulfillment Group, a vendor who data enters all leads into the NSM database for distribution.

Minimum Formal Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.

Minimum Experience:
None required, however the associate will be trained in all aspects of the position. Experience in Excel is required with all the required reporting.

Essential Training/Knowledge/Licenses/Certifications:
Technical and communication skills are both important, in order to communicate with their respective Regional Mall manager, vehicle dealerships, and mall servicers.

Essential Professional Skills/Competencies: Wide degree of creativity and latitude in accomplishing goals and solving problems.

Working Conditions:
Will be a part of the Lead Generation team at National Sales & Marketing and work closely with the Lead Operations Manager, V.P. Sales & Marketing, Asst., V.P. Lead Generation, and the National Directors of NSM Lead Generation.
