Job Description



The National Director of Group Presentations is responsible for training and development of our Podium Presentation Process. Though onsite presenters report to their site Director of Sales, this role will monitor and manage this process at every sales center while partnering with legal and creative on updating/enhancing a fully branded process. Bluegreen Vacations group presentations assist in selling the company’s products and services, involving vacation packages and timeshares to customers, during sales presentations, offering general information, and conducting sales transactions.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
•Detailed knowledge of Bluegreen Vacations to convey our products and processes in support of our core values •Drive a process to convert New Member tour flow to join our Vacation Club® program in a group presentation •Provide 2-3 day certification process for all National Group Presenters in compliance with approved process •Have knowledge to create/develop an in-House podium process helping encourage owners to join our Vacation Club® program and motivates existing club members and owners to upgrade their membership •Ability to create rich branded approved content to be used as training script for all National Presenters •Strong relationship skills with onsite sales leadership teams to gain full support for pre and post requirements •Based on Business Needs, this role could also be responsible for certain levels of personal production •Set the example for all group presenters with outstanding group presentations skills while embracing technology •Facilitate a Microsoft PowerPoint/Other Format group presentation while speaking on script in person or virtually •Have significant knowledge an understanding of digital media including editing/developing video technology •High level skill set with Virtual technology to allow remote and in-villa sales presentations when requested •Required to monitor either live, by remote video, or video tape, group presentations for coaching opportunities •Ensure professionalism and excellence in podium presentation and podium material to include equipment •Responsible for driving National sales results from Podium Process both New Member and Member •Must be energetic, passionate, and positive while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects •Support and Coordinate with the Sales Training Department and Learning & Development regarding curriculum, methods of presentations, and product knowledge to fit seamlessly with group presentation •Assists in duties requested by sales management with morning meetings, mid-wave trainings etc. •Assists in the support of the Director of Sales located at each sales center as needed •When needed the ability to Conduct group sales presentation with above budget results •When traveling to T.O. Tables when requested by site sales leadership •Training and Development- attending all scheduled sales training sessions, read and study publications, learn and embrace newer digital technologies while also offering to assist in orientation of new team members •Preparation & support - time being prompt and punctual, keeping work area neat and clean, assist others in keeping the presentation room environment always professional and inviting for our guests •Mentor or assist new member and member sales reps on all tour sources during podium process •All of the above is to be performed while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to the sales activity, providing customer service as required to service clients and develop new business for the company

Job Requirements
Minimum Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:  Minimum 5 years of group presentation prior experience selling company's products and services, involving vacation packages and timeshares. Minimum 3 years sales or podium leadership experience.
Essential Training, Knowledge, Licenses and /or Certifications:  Sales practices and techniques within the vacation and timeshare industry, Company's Vacation® Club program, quality services fundamentals, MS Office. In addition Strong Technology Skills for both in person presentations as well as remote or virtual digital presentations, Candidate must work closely with brand, legal, creative, and IT teams seamlessly and frequently.
Essential Professional Skills/Competencies:  Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills especially the ability to teach and train those skills to multiple presenters through approved certification process. Enthusiastic, results oriented and professional with the ability to persuade potential customers. Numbers driven and results oriented as well as highly skilled in virtual training technology such as teams or zoom.
