Job Description

Purpose:

The Retail Marketing Coordinator manages the order process for sales and marketing collateral, business cards and point-of-sale gifting; create and submit all new offers and offer revisions (Concierge); set up/modify offers in package sales system (Alliance); manage the team’s Awards & Recognition Program fulfillment; order promotional products for seasonal campaigns; new store collateral fulfillment; and assist with ad hoc projects as needed. Our preferred candidate will be passionate about marketing, a team player, detail oriented, an effective communicator and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
• Supports the activities of the Sr. Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist as needed.
• Places Sales and Marketing collateral orders for stores; maintains collateral order records; ensures new items are placed into fulfillment vendor inventory; updates collateral order form as needed; and regularly reviews inventory status reports with Sr. Manager to ensure adequate inventory is on hand.
• Orders promotional products through external vendors as needed for seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Submit requests for new offers, offer revisions, lead origins, vendor IDs, etc.; maintain coding reference documents and Offer Matrices.
• Enters/modifies all offers into system as needed for all brands; ensure system documents (acceptance form, terms, DOPs, email content) are up-to-date; conduct troubleshooting and QA testing on all new offers and quarterly Alliance releases.
• Orders awards through external vendor on a quarterly basis; creates award certificates; distributes pins to winners; processes Choice Privilege Point allocations.
• Ensures that new stores have the all the collateral, signage, supplies and offers needed by the established deadlines.
• Documents all processes relative to the position; assist with training when new team members are onboarded; conduct proactive process streamlining and improvement.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or similar.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Proficient at an intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly customer service-focused with a deep desire to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Working knowledge of coding and sales interface systems
• High level of attention to detail to spot errors and inconsistencies
• Ability to work quickly, multi-task priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy displayed in the final product
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
