JOB SUMMARY:
As a HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, operating and repairing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems all units on property, including all offices and out buildings. This position requires operating a variety of equipment to diagnose and repair systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance on systems. Responsible for maintaining proper working relations within the department and with other operating departments on property.
- Assign and prioritize service requests and repairs are made correctly and complete checklists of resort sites' physical condition before and after guest occupancy.
- Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and daily projects reported by engineering management, front desk, or otherwise assigned during the shift.
- Maintain accurate records for work orders and preventive maintenance, safety, repair/replace of major equipment, inventory of parts and supplies
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs.
YOUR EXPERIENCE - EPA Certification is required with minimum level 2
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC and general building maintenance skills.
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Air conditioning Rooftop units RTU's, Split HVAC units, fresh air mechanical systems, replacement of filters, pulley adjustments, and evaporator drain cleaning.
- Must be knowledgeable of both state and county building code regulations.
- VALID and CLEAN Driver's License record
- Possess a team player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
