Behind the scenes at every resort, Bluegreen associates work together to share happiness and create memories that keep guests coming back. With the LEAD Program, college juniors and sophomores have the opportunity to be part of that purpose and immerse themselves in the various operational disciplines that go into making a resort run smoothly. Through hands-on training and mentorship with resort leaders, Summer 1 participants will participate in comprehensive rotations focusing on operational procedures, advanced systems and customer service. After Summer 1, program graduates may apply for Summer 2 admission for an in-depth supervisor training program designed to jump start your career after graduation. Some people LEAD, others follow. The LEAD internship program will operate at several resorts and applicants may choose to apply for any of the following locations.

• Club la Pension -- New Orleans, LA
• The Fountains -- Orlando, FL
• Daytona Seabreeze -- Daytona Beach, FL
• Mountain Run -- Boyne Falls, MI
• Harbour Lights--Myrtle Beach, SC
• Club 36-- Las Vegas
• Cibola Vista-- Peoria, Arizona
• Shenandoah Crossing – Gordonsville, VA
• Christmas Mountain Village—Wisconsin Dells

Responsibilities: The team members at Bluegreen resorts make hospitality happen to ensure a quality experience for each and every guest. Learn about Bluegreen hospitality, our values and what goes into sharing happiness while receiving college credit through the Resort Operations Summer Internship. For 10-12 weeks, students will gain first-hand experience by delving into a chosen discipline and earning valuable knowledge for professional growth.

Job Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled college student in junior or sophomore year of study in a hospitality major or minor.
• No hotel or resort experienced required, but work or campus leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Must be flexible for entire summer scheduling for a full-time position.
Strong verbal and written communication required.
