JOB SUMMARY:
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Complete work orders, preventive maintenance and daily projects reported by engineering management, front desk, or otherwise assigned during the shift.
- Maintain accurate records for work orders and preventive maintenance, safety, repair/replace of major equipment, inventory of parts and supplies.
- Ability to address the concerns and maintenance needs of the guests and associates in a friendly and professional manner.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Basic maintenance experience
- 6 months customer service and/or hospitality experience, preferred
- VALID and CLEAN Driver's License record
- Possess a team player attitude and excellent inter-personal skills
- Previous experience in general maintenance (Installations, Maintenance, Repair) painting, drywall, apartments, preferred
