Job Description


The Investor Reporting Specialist prepares various financial reports for investors, lenders, management, accounting, auditors and other parties. In addition, they provide support to the Director, Investor Reporting and to the Manager, Investor Reporting.


• Creates assigned monthly service reports
• Prepares and reconciles monthly Mortgage Portfolio Roll forward
• Prepares monthly default and Investor resale schedules
• Researches variances on the resale listing from the Accounting Sales department
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly Static Pool Analyses and supporting schedules
• Maintains Inventory listing of Investor-owned loans
• Downloads and reconciles daily activity from loan servicing system
• Downloads and prepares supporting schedules for monthly service reports
• Assists with due diligence and audits, as necessary

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree required, Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of Mortgage and/or Accounting experience
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
