Job Description

Purpose:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for assisting in the direction and coordination of sales activities.

Responsibilities:

Achieve budgeted levels of sales production efficiencies
• Recruit and hire sales representatives
• Secondary level training of sales representatives
• Assist in daily supervision of sales representatives
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in accordance with Bluegreen policy at all times
• Maintain excellent customer service and adhere to the Bluegreen 100% sales philosophy at all times
• Must meet minimum performance standards



Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years timeshare sales experience
• Real Estate License when required by state law
• Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system and corporate policies and procedures.
• The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
• The ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior. The ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of timeshare sales transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational skills.
• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
