Job Description

Purpose:
The Inventory Analyst performs various inventory related tasks including but not limited to: inventory reconciliations between multiple systems; validation of system set up; dispositioning contracts within the system; preparing payment vouchers for inventory purchases; and assisting with various ad hoc reports and projects.

Responsibilities:
• Will be primarily reconciling data extracts from multiple systems using Excel as the primary tool.
• Documenting and logging exception records from reconciliations.
• Updating contract statuses within the system for cancelled or defaulted contracts.
• Assisting in the set up and testing of inventory in the sales inventory delivery systems.
• Preparing and submitting Coupa payment vouchers during the load process for new delivery and secondary market purchases.
• Validating set up within newly implemented business system.
• Performing ad hoc operational tasks as needed.
• Other applications can include word processing, email and database software in performance of assigned work

Job Requirements

2 Year Degree Preferred
Two years experience in inventory, timeshare, travel or leisure industry
MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately. Strong interpersonal communications skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
