Job Description


As an intern at Bluegreen Vacations, you’ll be challenged every day to perform meaningful work in a collaborative environment, receive world-class training, and learn the business from industry experts. The program is a structured 12-week full-time program (with some flexibility options). Interns will gain insight into the objectives of their department and an understanding of the daily responsibilities of the department.

Within the corporate offices of Bluegreen Vacations, the Interns will be in a variety of functional areas such as Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Development & Strategy.


• Provide support on projects based on business needs & deliverables.
• Develop strong business acumen by participating on projects within the department.
• Collaborate with functional team members in executing strategy.
• Exposure to senior leadership and other departments within the corporate office.
• Participate in daily department activities.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from department leaders.
• Gather and access analytics across digital sites and tools.
• Gather insights from customers and associates to improve the Company’s touch points and processes.
• Work with creative teams on roadmaps and strategies.
• Involved in design projects; including digital and print such as site creation and magazine layout.
• Learn project management and quality control.
• Assist in video compilation and asset selection.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a concentration in Design, Marketing, Journalism, Copywriting, Media, or Communications at an accredited university. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred).
Must be 18 years of age.
MS Office Suite with strong practical application in Excel, Word & PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be dependable, adaptable and able to meet deadlines.
Highly motivated & driven to succeed.
Problem solving & ability to learn quickly.
