Job Description

Purpose:

The In-House Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting In-House Sales Representatives in the closing of the sale and completing the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. They will reinforce the Company’s basic sales training program to be consistent with Company objectives when assisting Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

•Assists sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.
•Assist the In-House Sales Manager in managing the sales line and enforcing Bluegreen’s policies and procedures.
•Assist in recruiting, hiring and training In-House Sales Reps.
•Enforce Bluegreen’s minimum performance standards.
•Attend and participate in site meetings as directed by In-House Sales Manager.
•Conduct sales presentations if needed and maintain personal minimal performance standards.
•Maintain excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•2-5 years of timeshare experience
•Licensed as required by law.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to motivate and mentor staff.
•Must have a thorough understanding of all aspects of timeshare sales transactions and positive general sales skills.
