Job Description



Purpose:

The In-House Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting In-House Sales Representatives in the closing of the sale and completing the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. They will reinforce the Company's basic sales training program to be consistent with the Company's objectives when assisting sales representatives. They are responsible for ensuring any in-house sales activities in compliance with State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines and regulations as well as Bluegreen policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assists sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions
• Assist the DOS in managing the sales line and enforcing Bluegreen’s policies and procedures
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training In-House Sales Reps
• Enforce Bluegreen’s minimum performance standards
• Attend and participate in site meetings as directed by In-House Sales Manager
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance in accordance with Bluegreen’s Policies
• Conduct sales presentations if needed and maintain personal minimal performance standards
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Other duties are required by In-House Manager

Job Requirements



• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)
• Must have at least 2 years of timeshare sales experience
• Bluegreen Road to Success and Smooth Finish Training
• Licenses are required by law
• Personal performance above the company minimum standards
• The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
• The ability to influence others through their selling techniques
• The ability to motivate and mentor a staff
• Must have thorough understanding of all aspects of timeshare sales transactions and possess general sales skills
• Maintain budgeted personal, In-House efficiencies for sales volume, APG, APT and remain above In-House Sales Specialist minimum standards
