The Blake In-House Marketing Representative is responsible for greeting and qualifying guests prior to arrival and/or in person at resort check-in, and persuading them to attend an ownership review, or preview. Positions are available for teleservices or face to face booking. Marketing Representatives must learn and execute a presentation as provided by management and must meet and exceed job performance and production standards. Paid training is provided.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of telemarketing experience; 1 year of customer service experience
Timeshare Industry, Customer Service and quality fundamentals, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system and corporate policies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
