Job Description


The Marketing Operations and Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and field operations support for all brands under the Retail Marketing Division.


• Maintains uniform website maintenance, including customer service and daily processing.
• Audits reimbursement checks against reports provided by Sun Coast Marketing Vendor.
• Audits coupon invoice spreadsheet monthly.
• Responsible for adding and terminating Sales Associates to Sales Alliance to facilitate processing of commissions via system.
• Provides user support to Field Managers on Sales Alliance issues.
• Initiates and ensures compliance with all pre-employment requirements.
• Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries and/or problems within defined times to ensure our Field Managers needs are met timely.
• Responsible for the reset of on-boarding passwords for Sales Associates and Managers.
• Distributes weekly email to store managers of Sales Associates user login for Sales Alliance and UltiPro.
• Responsible for completing Employment Verifications timely and accurately.
• Maintains Associate Referral Program referrals and ensures timely submittals for payment.
• Creates, audits and maintains user accounts in Fed Ex system and distributes information to all Retail Marketing Field Managers.
• Assists with shipping and re-orders of supplies to all Field Managers as needed.
• Responsible for deleting candidates out of the on-boarding queue when candidates decline the offer.
• Maintains Managers List with any field manager changes and emails out to the field managers and corporate.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience with a minimum of 1 year or more in the Human Resource field.
• Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office Suite
• Outgoing; able to converse with customers. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
