Compensation: starting at $14.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Primarily PM Shift (3pm-11pm), flexible to include weekends

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Front Desk activities, reservations, and their coordination with other departments. This position works closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments to maintain proper working relationships

JOB SUMMARY: 

You will be responsible for supervising the front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. This position works closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments to maintain proper working relationships. 

• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. 
• Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. 
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation. 
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. 
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by resort bank agreement policy. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE:     

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) 
• At least one-year Front Desk Experience as Guest Services Agent, or two years’ experience in the Hospitality field  
• Strong interpersonal communication skills 
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.  
• Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. 
• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
