Job Description

The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the document imaging/scanning of all Timeshare and Land sales transactions, including Trailing Documents, upgrade documents from Club Services, Daily Bags from Payment Processing, Sales Accounting Batches.

Scan Daily Sales received from Accounting with in a 24 to 48 hour timeframe. A minimum of 75 files per day.
Scan Trailing Documents, Club Service upgrade documents, Daily Bags from Payment Processicng and Sales Accounting Batches.
Will verify scanned documents for filing in the Synergy system.
Will create new loan file folders and assist with general clerical support.
Filing of voice recordings
Special projects as assigned.
Overtime needed as requested.


Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year mortgage or title experience preferred
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation helpful.
Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills.
