The Director, Talent Acquisition - Hospitality is responsible for leading and driving Bluegreen's talent acquisition function
within Resort Operations. This encompasses all related efforts including full life cycle recruitment, college / internship programs, employment branding, and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline.

Specifically, this role is responsible for developing and executing Bluegreen’s strategy for attracting, sourcing, and selecting
talent in the Resorts division. This includes marketing Bluegreen and the open roles, ensuring a strong candidate
experience, and selecting top talent.

• Develop and execute the full life cycle hospitality recruiting and selection process to include setting strategy, employment branding, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, employee referral, social media,
external and campus events
• Lead the day to day management of all recruitment activities including the sourcing and selection process for all positions in hospitality
•Manage a team of recruiting professionals to achieve hiring goals
• Oversee the internship program, university recruiting, and all other pipelining activities
• Develop a sourcing strategy for all functions within the hospitality division
•Create metrics to maximize and align resources, analyze effectiveness of sources of hire and monitor recruiter performance, activity and requisition volume
• Manage and improve operational processes and practices that drive strong performance across all recruitment related metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire and source effectiveness
• Participate in the recruitment of senior level and/or confidential roles by handling full-cycle recruitment process responsibilities for assigned roles and directly influence our hires by identifying, evaluating and recommending
candidates on an ongoing basis. This position will carry a req load for these key positions, some of which may be technical in nature.
•Manage ongoing communication strategies internally to drive talent acquisition program adoption, help facilitate hiring manager recruitment ownership and participation, and provide training and best practices
•Interface with hiring managers to assist with developing the specs and job description for assigned roles
•Target, influence, and engage passive candidates through networking, online databases, employee referrals, and other innovative programs while accurately tracking progress
•Drive the offer process for positions including offer generation and negotiations
• Ensure that a positive candidate experience is maintained by leading a high quality recruitment, feedback and communication process
• Participate in the process of identifying internal talent for hospitality opportunities
• Help drive a structured hospitality succession planning program
• Negotiate and manage relationships with all hospitality recruitment-related vendors
• Manage temporary and contract employment processes within hospitality including all interaction with relevant vendors and hiring managers
• Act as primary administrator of the current applicant tracking system (ATS) on an on-going basis, while consistently examining systems-related efficiencies, data accuracy and a fully compliant recruiting process
• Represent Bluegreen at hospitality recruiting events and other events focused on talent sourcing and selection
• Partner internally with finance and leadership to manage the headcount approval process
• Manage the hospitality recruiting and sourcing budget
 Assist with new hire paperwork and act as the first point of contact in the new hire’s introduction to Bluegreen

Job Requirements

•*Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred but not required.

•*A minimum of 7-10 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, with at
least 5 years of those being within a hospitality environment; at least 3 years of
experience managing a team strongly required

•*Knowledge of the vacation ownership/hospitality industry is preferred
Proven background in developing strategic, “out of the box” recruitment
sourcing methods to help drive proactive pipeline development

•*Experience developing deep rapport with hiring managers and executive
teams, and driving the adoption of the recruitment team and function as trusted
business partners on all talent acquisition matters
