Immediate need for a seasoned Vacation Ownership leader for our Lodge Alley Inn Sales & Marketing operation in Historic Charleston, South Carolina.

The selected individual will have experience and a track record of success with frontline as well as In-house operations. In this exciting role you will operate as a “player coach”, running all operations, managing, coaching and selecting staff, driving sales with your presence and selling/closing skills on the floor.

Position Summary:
The Director of Sales is responsible for planning, preparing and coordinating sales activities designed to meet revenue
objectives. Implements and reinforces the Company’s basic sales training program to be consistent with Company
objectives. Responsible for ensuring that sales activities and labor rules are conducted in compliance with State,
Corporate, and National Sales guidelines and regulations.

•Due to the high volume of interest only qualified individuals will be given consideration.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred
1-3 years management experience.
Must have thorough understanding of all aspects of timeshare sales
transactions. Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office.
The ability to analyze information and use logic to address/solve problems.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so
others will understand. The ability to persuade others to change their minds or
behavior. The ability to motivate and mentor staff. Detail-oriented with strong
analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and
analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication
skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
