The Digital Recruitment Media Analyst will help manage and optimize programmatic and sponsored employment advertising for the Customer Acquisition & Alliances division.

The goal will be to deliver the best campaign performances (completed applications & cost-per-application) while still meeting hiring needs. Will be required to work completely within various recruiting job board dashboards to generate positive ROI.

This role will often collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and field operators to fully understand objectives to ensure campaign investments are properly targeting the right audience.

• Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in configuring and troubleshooting programmatic and PPC (pay-per-click)/sponsored advertising campaigns, creating reports, and evaluating campaign performance through data analysis.
• Execute and maintain various promotional web, email and multi-channel initiatives based on Digital Marketing strategy
• Report on campaigns, provide valuable information and synthesize complex information into easy to understand accessible insights
• Use technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in a dynamic digital environment
• Maintain the integrity of tracking and analytics across a variety of media platforms to effectively track ROI
• A/B testing of ads from hypothesis generation through data gathering and conclusions
• Identify opportunities to help optimize online advertising efforts
• Develop and manage performance tracking and analysis to support overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics or marketing highly desirable.
1 year marketing and project management experience
1+ year in digital advertising and familiarity of the pay-per-click advertising model
Experience with Google Analytics preferred
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Critical thinker that likes to solve problems and create new solutions
• Strong organizational/time management skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and to handle multiple tasks
