Job Description

Customer Account Representatives receive inbound calls and provide advanced customer support, including specialized and complex transactions that cannot be completed online. Representatives personalize the owner experience by providing exceptional servicing of the owner account and by promoting additional resort amenities with personalized vacation planning. Customer Account Representatives are responsible for the highest quality of reservation accuracy and owner satisfaction, while displaying our core values of Care, Trust, Passion, and Humility.

Job Requirements

• Two years customer service experience minimum
• Must be a problem solver with the ability to exercise critical thinking and make empowered decisions when presenting customer solutions
• Willingness to adapt in a changing environment with the goal of continual improvement and customer satisfaction
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to provide exceptional customer service
• Confident in customer service-related selling processes and setting/achieving goals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Positive attendance pattern in previous work history
• Ability to offer comparable alternatives and think creatively
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Data entry skills; knowledge of AS400 a plus
• Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
