As a Customer Account Representative, you will use your creative problem-solving abilities to directly, and positively, impact the customer experience. Our contact center receives inbound calls from customers who need help with specialized and complex account questions that cannot be completed online. That’s where you come in…saving the day with confidence and providing excellence in customer care!

The opportunities within this role include personalization of the customer’s journey from start to finish of each conversation, reservation assistance and assurance of accurate vacation details, and overall customer satisfaction. Does this sound like a career path for you?

Job Requirements

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU…
• 2 years’ customer service experience
• Problem-solving and the ability to exercise critical thinking
• Someone who will take the empowerment given to make and present decisions for customer solutions
• Willingness to pursue the goal of continual improvement, adapt in a changing environment, anticipate customer needs, and exceed customer expectations
• Outstanding communication skills
• Detail-oriented service
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to offer comparable alternative
• Basic computer skills
• Bachelor degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)

Our schedules include evenings and Saturdays (with Sundays and one weekday off)
